Salon Noir’s Cancellation Policy

As of the new year, all new clients scheduling appointments that book longer than a consecutive hour’s time will be required to put a credit card on file over the phone at the time of booking. If you fail to provide us with 24 hour notice or no show for your appointment we reserve the right to charge the card up to 50% of the reserved service amount. Existing clients will not be required to provide a credit card unless they
have had more than one last minute cancellation or no show. (Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment last minute, we miss the opportunity to fill that time and clients who have been waiting on our cancellation list miss the opportunity to receive services.)
We know your time is valuable and your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. That is why we provide a courtesy text two days prior to your appointment. We ask that if it necessary to cancel your appointment, you either do so at the time of the reminder or provide us with at least 24 hours notice.

For any other appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice a $30 cancellation fee will be incurred and expected to be paid before we can reschedule your appointment.

Salon Noir’s Pricing Policy

Pricing at Noir begins at our base prices and increases based on the experience of the stylist. This starts at our Junior level pricing and goes up to Master stylist.  The more experienced the stylist the higher the price.  Our menu pricing shows only our base prices and lists “and up” to indicate the stylists charge different prices based on their Tier level.  If you would like a price for a service with a specific stylist please just ask and we would be happy to let you know.
